The part-time (20 hours weekly) Youth Victim Advocate will work with the Lead Youth Victim Advocate, Teen Peer Leaders (TAB), volunteers and other staff to develop and coordinate Victim of Bullying Identification campaigns for elementary, middle school age youth and high school age youth.
Primary Responsibilities Reflect and support the vision and priorities of the TAB Peer Leaders
Act as a mentor and role model for the TAB Peer Leaders, and work with them as a
partner and advocate
Assist with the coordination and monitoring of the Victim Identification campaigns for TAB
Experience working with youth of all ages
Ability to provide emotional and intellectual support and challenges for a youth group Ability to inspire leadership and provide practical assistance in the development of a
Victim of Bullying Identification campaign
Ability to clearly communicate with youth, parents and another adult
Ability to demonstrate planning and organizational skills
Ability to use current technology widely used by youth
The part-time Youth Victim Advocate will report directly to the Lead Youth Victim Advocate and work in collaboration with the TAB Peer leaders, volunteers and other staff.
